All 2 story lake front cottage. 10 steps off the rear deck lies the Moodus Reservoir, a 450 acre fresh water, trophy bass lake that great for swimming. There are kayaks, and a canoe there for your use to explore the lake. Enjoy your vacation on your own private dock with built-in seating or lounge around the waters edge in the supplied chase and adirondack chairs There is even a fire pit for those long summer nights. Inside find all the comforts of home and everything you need for family fun. Each room as independent AC and heat.
This property is available for academic rental Oct – May Call for special rates.
CT State Law now requires us to collect 15% occupancy tax on each rental.
All rentals will be charged $125.00 cleaning fee and $75.00 CC processing fee.
- We gladly except MC, VISA and AMEX
- A valid credit card is needed for security deposit
- Rental amount is due in full within two weeks of receipt of rental agreement
- Reservations for the following year require a $500 deposit to hold the date
- Multiple week discounts are available for certain times of year. Call our office for details and rates
