This beautiful freshly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage sits directly on the beach – out the back door and into the water. Wonderful rear deck with soft seating overlooks the private sandy beach and Long Island sound
Inside you will fine 2 BR's with bedspreads and pillows (All you need to bring are linens and towels). a fully stocked kitchen living area with SAT TV and plenty of seating. There are chase loungers and beach chairs sitting waiting for you to enjoy the private beach. Each room as independent AC. There is a private gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating.
CT State Law now requires us to collect 15% occupancy tax on each rental.
All rentals will be charged $125.00 cleaning fee and $75.00 CC processing fee
We gladly except MC, VISA and AMEX
A valid credit card is needed for security deposit
Rental amount is due in full within two weeks of receipt of rental agreement
Reservations for the following year require a $500 deposit to hold the date
Multiple week discounts are available for certain times of year. Call our office for details and rates
