All 2 story lake front cottage. 10 steps off the rear deck lies the Moodus Reservoir, a 450 acre fresh water, trophy bass lake that great for swimming. There are kayaks, and a canoe there for your use to explore the lake. Enjoy your vacation on your own private dock with built-in seating or lounge around the waters edge in the supplied chase and adirondack chairs There is even a fire pit for those long summer nights. CT State Law now requires us to collect 15% occupancy tax on each rental.
All rentals will be charged $125.00 cleaning fee and $75.00 CC processing fee
We gladly except MC, VISA and AMEX
A valid credit card is needed for security deposit
Rental amount is due in full within two weeks of receipt of rental agreement
Reservations for the following year require a $500 deposit to hold the date
