Renter must be over the age of 25

BEACH RULES:

Open fires are not allowed on the beach per Clinton fire department.

Please no glassware on beach. Each cottage has plastic glassware for your use.

No overnight sleeping or camping on beach.

Proper beach attire to be worn at all times.

Motorboats & Jet Skis must net be operated within 200 ft. of shore or swimmers.

Please keep volumes (radio,TV, Etc.) to a reasonable level.

Parties should break up or quiet down by 10pm

Littering is prohibited under ordinance 67-1 and subject to fines.

Beach Boundaries:

By State Law the area below the mean high tide line is public property.  Anything landward of this mark is private property of the home owner.

Please be respectful of private property.
